Well, my precis paper was terrible. My hopes are shallow

No doubt, preci paper was a tough one.

It would be quite difficult to express my expectations any how i try...
It was my 3rd and last attempt for civil service exam.
I cleared essay exam twice.(Also once in PMS 2014)
In 2013 i flunked in Preci and in 2014 i failed in Islamiat exam(unfortunately).
I was low on merit in PMS2014 punjab exam therfore not allocated.
Now i am dubious about my success although i have tried very hard to get through.


For me CSS 2015 was 6 or out game therefore i worked out on my flaws which i observed in previous two attempts.Now it depends whether i fall in list of lucky ones or otherwise.Like many others i also faced difficulty in Preci exam.Therefore i am waiting for umpires signal.

I am very much optimistic yet pessimistic to some extent.To me,CSS is closely associated with factor of Luck although many of my friends disagree with my statement.
I am desperately waiting for the dice to roll perfectly this time.It is a 3 years tiring journey with job losses,disappointments and mental disturbances.

At the end my hot favorite statement
"Allah nay Insan k hath main sirf niyat or koshish rakhi ha,kamyabi woh daita ha"

God has sent us to do something special,Life is once for all but not to be Repeated by a pendulum.

I'm hopeful for positive outcome but precis was difficult, it was my first attempt and I pray "Ya Allah izzat rakh lae" because my relatives are more eager for result than me.

Can you enlighten us with your experience of exams.

This was my 2nd attempt. Most probably it will be my last; because I am a doctor and I am already halfway through with my preparation for post-graduate training exam due in November 2015. I hope to join my medicine training (in case I don't clear CE-2015).

I have been an avid reader of literature all my life, and a polished writer/blogger (as my readers frequently compliment). I gave first attempt during my final year of MBBS (2013 attempt). I appeared just because my father wanted me to, with a 10-day preparation. I thought I would fail every subject except the essay--ironically, I passed all except the essay! My over-confidence regarding my writing skills was the "probable" culprit, because I had not taken any guidance and went with my natural style of writing--which, unfortunately, was not liked by the essay examiner.

After my final year, I worked in the field (as House officer) and saw that professionals in Pakistan (especially doctors) have no future here. The pessimism drew me to CSS, and I prepared for it during my house-job in hope of a better future and career prospects.

I had expected to perform as per my potential (which is, by the grace of Allah, adequate). All papers went fine but I failed to rise up to the occasion once again in the essay. So, altogether, this makes the CSS-2015 journey another disappointment for me; because I had everything in me but couldn't perform on the day which mattered the most. I am not very hopeful, but still I would like to see what fate has in store for me in October.

P.S Just praying that examiner doesn't slaughter me, as I've suggested reforms in the Blasphemy law.

it was my first attempt
and in isl paper my sugar level drop dead and i could not attempt ma exam properly, and in pms 2014 i fail in isl by 2 marks, now thinking that my pms isl paper was way better than my css isl paper so i dont think i be able to pass isl,

in composition paper i couldnt completed ma preci second para so that is also making me think that 2015 is not for you,

rest is upto ALLAH, only He knows whats best for us, i pray for all candidates to succeed. ameen
