Hira, I come back at 7, study till 12, or at least try to. That is around 20 hours in total on weekdays, and then 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday. 36 hours a week is good I think.

Dear Gotam.. I agree with you to quite an extent. and I really appreciate what you said in the end, time really flies by without anyone realizing it.
I am sure of what I have to choose as optional courses as I did a complete research on that based on my interests and competencies aswell as the course outline.

Will surely follow what you suggested, obviously keeping in mind what ever I am comfortable with. Great to hear from you. Thanks

Mr. Wasim.. You are such an inspiration.
I wish I can also do that but I have so many distractions like going out with friends and going for shopping and I am able to convince myself almost everyday (Which is nothing to be proud of) ohhh I am working since morning I deserve some leisure time too. ( I don't find it funny anymore as time is flying by like anything)
So following your footsteps I'm starting off with my preparations (Cheers)

Its amazing how you people manage to study that long. I hardly studied for 3 to 4 hours for 4 months and appeared in CE-2014.. Allah aap sab ko buri nazr se bachaye.

If you want to know more about it, read up on Indian Civil Service pattern, it is more or less the same as CSS 2015 is predicted to be.
I don't think that 2015 exams can constitute such reforms. I mean everything is similar to the past exams, optional selection, homogenous exam papers for all candidates (either optional or compulsory) etc. In this format, how can FPSC manage to test the skills for a particular occupational group? However, the psychological tests or interviews can include such tests or procedures. In any case, FPSC will explicitly issue some note for that change. Moreover, proper legal authorization for this reform will also be required. Hence, whenever such reforms are put into place, the news will surely make its way to the media. As far as written exam is concerned, the chances of any new or huge reform are largely minute.

Don'y pay heed to rumours like that. Rules for CE 2015 are already communicated and they don't really include any clue to this information.
