Regarding relatives being Government employees, do we just have to mention our CSP relatives or anyone at any government post?

CSPs, like any other Government employee, are Government employees... so yes you have to mention all of them.

@ incounterable thanks alot and stay blessed u helped me.as the fpsc islamabad was not attending call so i dialed its regional office at peshawar.here one of its official guided me very elaborately that i shud write an application and attach it with a soft copy of my application form as i had dispatched a hard copy and write my problem and request for its correction.he assured me that they will correct the enteries.mery sr se bra boj utar giya..........a sigh of relief indeed

if anyone faced the problem of default mistake of "yes" in the column of "whether non.muslim desired to be examined in islamiat",what he has done,eother he left it or rectified it by pen??

what we have to write in the 7th page in roll num....,district...., application no..... and signature and official stamp...or it has to be written by fpsc???
