Sir i passed css 2011 final exam presented p1 domicile in copy during written and original during psychological to fpsc they never objected,even submitted same p1 domicile's copy for css 2014 application and now css 2015 now where do i stand is p1 not acceptable?
I wad not aware of p1 thing just checked domicile after reading ur post i even checked page 6 self domicile as yes

Guys what is this P1 and D domicile thing?

I have a domicile which has my statement on it, my village etc name and the signatures/stamps of District Revenue Officer who confirms that I am a resident of so and so place and this domicile is correct. It is like a certificate with my picture on it, made in 2006.

please please please......my problem is of very serious nature.i had earlier made my profile of css 2015,i had just to enter banks'particulars.i did it and printed out the form and dispatched it to fpsc.when i reached home i casted a cursory look at the photocopy of my form and founded that my DOB is 1989 instead of 1990.i can say with 100% certianity that i enterd 1990.now m very worried.....what shud i do please need expert advice.will that ,God forbade lead to my rejection????

These are just formalities and you don't need to worry about it. Either P1 or D, it is Domicile but FPSC has asked for Form D of Domicile.

And my personal experience I've applied both times with P1 and C, FPSC did not ask me for Form D.

Dear I would highly recommend to contact FPSC as soon as possible in this regard as this blunder if left unresolved will cause rejection of your application.

Please contact FPSC as soon as possible.

But my domicile does not say anything about P1 or D or C etc. It is just domicile. Does it mean that it is a general domicile useful for multiple purposes?

Does your Domicile have a heading of

"APPENDIX-XIV"
"FORM P-1"
??

This part of Domicile has written beneath this title as " Certificate of Domicile".

Other parts have title as either "FORM D" or "FORM C", and beneath that is written "Certificate".

This is three part Domicile Certificate issued here in Sindh.... I suppose it is the same for all other provinces too.

Aoa,

Sir I was pretty sanguine that I haven't done any mistake/blunder but when I read posts on the mysterious form D I have fallen into ditch of confusion.

I have dispatched my documents to FPSC and received a delivery confirmation message from TCS.

The thing which is lethally pinching me is that I have sent my P.1 domicile rather D (the self one) But I don't have said form either.

So will it lead to rejection of my application ? Do I need to contact FPSC ?

Yes again applied with P-1 and C. I had my Domicile issued in 2006 and at that time they issued me only two of these certificates. I've not got them renewed that's why I'm again applying with P-1 and C.

No dear, relax it won't lead you to rejection... I've also applied twice with Form P-1 and Form C.....

Brother mine says
Appendix xiv
Form p1
Certificate of domicile
Then a para wid my name twice and signed by dco
Then again a part with heading particulars relating to applicant
Then details abt me like
Name
Father name
Occupation
Mark of identification
Etc again signed by dco and also a seal mentioning dco and district name
