Is it okay to mention ISSB?

Salam all,
I am from tribal areas, FATA. Do i have to download this certificate for tribal areas' candidates and send it with the printed form?

Yes you have to attach that Annex-B with your application form.

I have cleared previous year of my MSc degree. should i mention that? Also, must I mention FSc, and matric degrees in online form?

You should mention only those degrees that you have completed. And you have to mention Matriculation as well as FSc.

Where, in the challan form of FPSC (CSS-2017), the original treasury receipt number is written ?
