It is necessary to submit DPC, if you have any genuine issue then contact FPSC, they might find a way out, of this problem, for you.

Moderator, is it necessary to send the transcript or can we send a provisional certificate signed by my university saying that I have completed my degree?

Transcript along with that provisional certificate must be attached in place of Degree.

What if i submit the online form today to fpsc and send the hardcopy documents three or four days later to fpsc? Will there be any problem if i send hardcopy documents some days later after online submission?

There would be no problem. Its fine if you apply online today and send your application form in hard copy after a few days but it should reach FPSC Head Office on or before 24th Nov 2017.

I will get my degree certificate till 30oct what if i submit online form today and send the hardcopy documents after 30oct?? Will it create any problem?

It will not, as I already said you have till 24th Nov to dispatch your hard copy of application form. Your application should be at FPSC Head Office by 24th Nov 2017.

respected members kindly guide me, I applied for CSS 2016 but didn't appeared in the examination (means I was absent),now I would like to apply for CSS 2018 but I forgot my roll number of CSS 2016 ,so kindly tell me what should I do ,,

Write absent in your new application for CE-18 and use any dummy number(like 0000) in roll number for previous attempt. Attach an application with your hard copy of CE-18 online application that explains the reason for dummy roll number of previous attempt.

You'll be acknowledging that you had applied but didn't appear and don't remember your roll number that's why you have used the dummy number. That's all.
