The concept of targeting subjects is what discourages aspirants the most... It's disheartening and honestly, unfair
Gender studies was targeted as well. God knows how the trends are going to be next year!

For psychology I prepared notes from different books. I had comprehensive notes related to every topic. Moreover paper of psychology this year was quite unconventional in the sense there were questions where they combined conventional questions with contemporary usage. For instance, in question number one they asked the role of mind in the present world. I tackled question accordingly by giving examples from diverse areas. You can cover it just cover topics by consulting past papers. Good luck.

Sorry, I have done my preparation from Lahore. I have no idea about Islamabad. There was one qualifier from Islamabad in 2016. Hazelnut I think. Search her username. She had given name of a very good teacher in Islamabad. Other people from Islamabad may guide you better.

You need to seek guidance from a teacher whose main area of expertise is essay. Even a serving or former CSP, a person having experience in CSS essay could guide you better.

I passed essay in my previous attempt while i failed in Precis. Essay is a technique, there is no problem with your English or grammar. A CSS essay demands clarity, cohesion, relevance and absence of any contradictions within your body.

I also feel that A Zeee bhai is right in pointing irrelevant start to your essay. It is unnecessary to write 100 points in your outline. While it is good if one can write 50 to the point headings and then sub headings in his outline yet i have seen people passing with 15-17 points in the outline. I myself remember i gave 4-5 main sections, like Intro, causes, effects, recommendations and conclusion. Where as i put 4-5 points within each section. So my outline could hardly finish one page.

All you need is to practice 8-10 essays and show it to a Essay specific teacher, a CSP teacher or a senior candidate who has passed essay 2-3 times.
They will check your arrangement and relevance as I'm sure grammar is not an issue here.
Totally agree with all points. No problem of English. Knowledge is also remarkable. Just technique is needed. Practice 3-5 essays of each major types i.e. cause-effect remedy, argumentative and descriptive. Get them check from good essay teacher or from someone who has passed this paper at least twice. You have written irrelevant and have not made good phrases because no one has properly guided you. 3 things are important i.e correct English, proper technique and knowledge of topic. Writing is also a key factor. Write 14-15 pages in neat writing instead of 20 above pages with bad handwriting.

I will try to share it. Since it was a long time ago, it is hard to recreate again. Also, my final exams are starting in few days so, it is pretty hard to recall and write.
I created it directly in the examination. This topic, although was anticipated but I did not prepare it. Both times my score is good. This time 51 and last time 55. I believe that I should write my essay directly in paper so that I can differentiate my essay from others. If I prepare it before examination, I am sure I will write same things.
