Well.........first of all Thanx Hira for the above post.....but maa'm i have already read this appendix issued by the govt regarding physical fitness...i basically dont understand the vision language here it is written...m unable to comprehend a clear conlcusion regarding my own eye power.....so i kindlyt request my senior members....who have gone thru this med test...or...som1 might know.....which govt hosp is concerned regarding med test pf CSS....so that i can personally ask that Doc...regarding my med clearance or not?....so...if any one knows who cud answer my query ...as going thru this CSs written then interview..and then gettin rejected at the last step of med test wud be like...hell for me...so.....so pllz....senioor memberzz.....kindly tell me shud i call FPSC and ask this query????or any other source frm where i cud get an answer to this query???????

After passing Written the first thing which comes next is Medical. As for how can u check your fitness; Then you should take this Physical fitness anex to any Eye specialist and get urself checked accordingly. The Doctor will definately let you know about your fitness for said post. But better keh aik do din written ke result ka intizaar ker lein take pata chel jae keh jane kee zarooret bhee he ya nahee.

The panel for medical test consists of doctors from different cities/provinces. What u can do for now is to contact some eye specialist (like the Eye Specialist in Ganga Ram Hospital or Services Hospital). Also, for any other medical checkups u may visit the Heads of departments in the Services Hospital (Lahore).....apni tasalli k liye pehlay say check karwaana chaahain to u may go ahead!

I'm an Engg graduate and not a medical one. perhpas sm medical graduate may guide u; however i may tell you about according pak army standard for commission the ear disease of this nature [only If uncureable] is considered to be NFA[Not Fit for Army].
Still, rather than confirming here by just writing; u should goto for checkup to an ENT specialist even in outdoor u may visit and he may guide u better than all of us here cuz he can examine u in-person.

That is a very minor thing Go Ahead for CSS....
I think this will not create any problem for yours to go for CSS!

Plz let me know the rules for diabetics. I have diabetes, is there any CSP with diabetes?

Brother there are many CSP's who have diabetes at the time of joining service.Every year I know there are 2,3..its not a big deal.Diabetes is not a hurdle in joining Civil services.Just try to keep it under good control and maintain ur HbA1C levels.Firstly they are never going to detect it if ur blood tests are normal.Secondly,even if they do it is not going to hamper u passing the medical test.So don't worry,be relaxed,and prepare for the exam.Best of Luck.
