Sir this sub clause for medical examination
(l) that the candidate bears marks of efficient vaccination ; or in the case of the Police Service of Pakistan he has been vaccinated (twice unsuccessfully) within the last five years.

My question is that i don't bear such marks(on my arms) of vaccination would i be rendered medically unfit for css

Dear, I do not know the implications of not having clear marks of vaccination. I advise you to consult with the medical board through CE-11 qualifiers. Request any of CE-11 qualifier to ask about this issue from the medical board during his medical checkup.

In my personal opinion, not having vaccination marks should not cost your candidature because patients of Hepatitis C are also considered.

Moreover; they did not check these marks during my checkup.
