i got myself tested from madina lab on saturday and i am not satisfied with result of urine test (result of aother famous lab differ from it )
what are the remedies available to me or the wrong of the testing lab will cost me

Where would i get the Chalan Form in Islamabad.Any one from Islamabad who has already paid the fee of medical board let me know where to get the Chalan Form from?
