Psychological Tests are simple and for these tests you need no preperatoin. Just be yourself and honestly give answers to questions.
On the first day there will be only written tests like sentence making and simple puzzles. Remember that you cannot complete them in the given time, just feel easy and attempt as much questions as you can.
On the second day there will be group discussion in Urdu and then in English. Topics will be given to your group, first in Urdu and then in English. All of you will have to discuss them for 8 minutes each, by sitting in a half circle. Any one can initiate the discussion but remember that you must speak with confidence and reason. There is no need to initiate the discussion if you don't have any knowledge about the topic. Just listen for a few moments to other members of your group, form a comment in your mind and then speak about it it.

Our topics were:
1) Agar British Hum Per Hukoomat Na Kartay To Aaj Hum Itnay Pasmanda Na Hotay.

2) Internal Discord Is More Dangerous Than External Aggression.

After group discussion you will be given an administrative problem. You will have to study it for 15 minutes and write down your recommendations and decision on a blank paper. Then you will call a meeting, discuss the problem with all of your group members as if they were your sub-ordinates and finally take a decision about the matter. You will have to wind up the meeting in 8 minutes.

And finally you will be interviewed by the psychologists about your personal life and problems.

During the tests, just be yourself, avoid artificiality, act naturally and confidently.

its a two days process .

FIRST DAY only written work ( in the form of different tests )
these tests include questios abt maths , english , general knowledge ( a little ) , story writing , personality assessment tests ,
what they want to know in actual ?
they simply look for ur approach towards life , attitude ( how do u behave in ur daily life ) & ur unintentional habits . becareful abt writing ur hobbies & preferences . questions can be raised abt them afterwards by the psychologist & the panel .
HINT . try to be as positive as possible , natural ( dont write fake ideas ) . think before what u write ?( though u dont get enough time for that ) . dont even think of bluffing them .
get any ISSB psychological tests book & try to grasp the ideas behind every question which may be asked to u .

SECOND DAY :
group disscussions & command task ( will tell u later abt them )
a 5-10 minutes interview taken by the psychologists . ( they may ask u anything what u write in first day tests + general GUP SHUP .
After 10 days u 'll have to face the panel in ur main interview .
for interview i'll suggest u ABC's of good lanuage !

A for Accuracy
B for Brevity
C for Clarity .

dont try to adopt verbose style & schorlarly views . TRy to keep ur language ACTIVE , SPARE & PRECISE .
have a review of ur subjects , ur specialised subject & current affairs . conduct mock interviews , have group disscussions & do perform fake command task .

(Every day people are judged by the way they dress and present themselves)

Day 1... On this day a hectic one and really just no attention... you can wear normal dress caz ur personality is not judged from the dress and appearence
on that day but what u write. Those who check ur answer sheets are least bother about ur look. I personally am a person who take great care of his dressing and on that day I wore White Cotton dress with black shoes. I will
suggest that white cotton suit or a dress pent with clean shirt will do the job. I personally do not encourage Jeans to any formal place so won't suggest
that.

Day 2.
The Physcaterists judge u directly and ur personality should match ur words and arguments. The first impression of ur personality is ur dress. But as the day work is long so little care should be taken regarding the weather.On this day I wore a light brown dress pent with light blue colour shirt. I had Black shoes and a black belt.My sugestion for that day...If Shalwar Qameez... then vast coat is a must. preferably white shalwar suit and a dark colour vast
coat( Blue or green or balck) with black shoes.if Pent Shirt.I will suggest a light colour dress pent with light colour shirt. Shoes and built of same colour but according to the dress colour.I will suggest a light brown colour, grey colour or any other colour pent with off-white, light blue colour shirt. (if shirt is off-white and pent also brown then brown shoes and belt but if shirt is blue u can go for black shoes.) If u want u can go with a tie but not with
a coat. DO not go with a suit on that day caz it will look really over on that day.
