Dear, how long did you prepare of Applied Mathematics to appear in CE2009.
And please suggest is there any way you could be like after the paper. I want to ask, could this be done that one has perfect grip for the paper. How much would it take you to do so?
And dear please share your future plans in context of CSS and specially Applied Mathematics.

me too is opting app math and physics. Need ur help. I read the observations of examiners, in which they pointed out, students use the formula and solve it so education sysytem at intermediate level needs to be changed. So i m confused how to solve questions we only have to use the formula and solve that.e.g, solution of diffrential eq.
Can anybody help me.
Also in papers of 2008 and 09 there is objective question but in pattern it is erased?????

yar as far as prefect grip is concerned u can have a perfect grip ON Paper 2
but now u also have to do tensor portion and that is also compulsory question

in paper 1 the main problem was that this time he gave not all question from Q.K.ghuri mechanics and also in vector and static portion there was a vector question from curvilinnear quardinates

as far as maths preperation is concerned i prepared it not more than 2 month and that really was the problem + sudden change in paper pattern shocked us in paper as no objective q was there so this also added to our miseries


and as far my applied math future is concerned i am just confused

i might not leave math because i have done 70 percent slb. and if a;lso had a good grip our it i will be able to score 140
but i am not sure of my applied math future in 2010

becoz i am also an electrical engineer studying in final year
i also decided to select PHYsics , MATHEmatics and INdo pak HIstory
in my optional subject .....

i love maths and solving problems ... my 50% of app. maths and physic are covered at university ...
only i have to take tution and guideline of Tensor and dynamic portion ...
