Smile I dont think so . . . . . . . . . . . .

Wel as far as Mr. K ali's book is concerned i dont think that it will cover the history paper for the competative examinations, you will have to find a more detailed book for that purpose. I have read out K. Ali's book of islamic history but it contains very limited info.

Among the books of Islamic history, K.Ali one's is upto some extent helpful not the perfect, i do believe so!!
You may read the book of Ameer Ali named as" History of Saracens". If not satisfied yet, do tell me!

Dear I would suggest u to get a copy of (A short History of the SARACENS) by Syed Ameer Ali. It covers almost all the topics of Islamic History and Culture paper - I and II. It also contains Maps, Illustrations and Genealogical Tables, that will help u prepare in a short span of time and score good.

Good Luck

I have been reading Sohail Bhatti and would read K. Ali after wards. I have learnt that these two can serve the purpose immaculately.
