Essay: start was like this:

“When two elephants fight it is the grass that gets trampled”

Two wrongs cannot make a right. War and terror are the two wrongs that have wreaked havoc since the dawn of modern history, creating violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms.

• This was my start. Then:
• I quoted David Frost’s article in which he mentioned that people are dying on account of food crisis created by the warring armies in Anbar and Ramaday provinces of Iraq
• I also quoted a report of the British Observatory based in Syria which mentioned how people are killed mercilessly.
• I also mentioned an article of Thomas Vardy “not weapons but chemical weapons” in which he describes that people are killed but killed in a gruesome manner. I remember I wrote a line “They are killed, killed and mutilated. How shocking the scenes of those innocent civilian killings are! They are killed because they are devoid of right to live, they are divested of the right to live with dignity.
• I also mentioned that morality is mere a dream in international politics. When it takes off, the political arenas seem fraught with horror and terror resulting in the violations of human rights.
• Then quoted Professor Chomsky : “ To curb terrorism is easy: Stop participating in it to ensure human rights”
• Quoted Ban ki-Moon as well while describing what ought to be done to restrain the onslaughts on human rights: “Bombs can kill terrorists but not terrorism. It is good governance and democracy that do along with maintaining human rights”
• While describing the political vacuum created due to the war on terror that has deprived people of their democratic rights and freedoms, I mentioned Reza Aslan’s book “not god but God” in which he says: “ When big powers fight, political vacuum takes birth which is soon filled by undemocratic forces that check human rights”

You were on point! Good job!
That one is complicated
not at all complicated,,
i attempted this essay..
it needed two-tired arguments i-e giving freedom of expression in those situations and circumstances when you disagree with the matter
for example
*freedom of expression in courts ; when the judge gives an ear to all arguments made by the witnesses even if he disagrees with them ...
*freedom of expression in national assemblies and conferences at international level; when all the members are allowed to share their viewpoints through speeches and discussions despite of the difference of ideologies, goals and objectives.... no one is deprived of his right to speak.
i gave a number of relevant examples and now i am just hoping for the best:)
May ALLAH help us all . ameen
Essay # 6 is apparently about freedom of expression but it seems there is more it than the eye can see. Kind of tricky topic. Can someone help with a rough outline if it was to be attempted ?
I made a rough outline with lead pencil at the last pages. When the time was about to end, I hastily copied the outline to first page, but it was not a good presentation. Fingers crossed :-(

Seniors please check my outline

My topic was 9th.
Government should eliminate subsidies and incentives for manufacturers and consumers of electric cars as they are too costly and do not do enough to protect the environment

As I've done masters in Environmental engineering + Own a Hybrid vehicle, i attempted this essay, my outline was as follows

Introduction
How electric cars work
Simple electric / hybrid cars
Toyota Prius - Hybrid Synergy Drive (Explained)
Honda Electric cars - Integrated Motor Assist (Explained)
Opposition to electric cars
Battery mining
Cost
Carbon tax relief
(And other points which i do not remember )
Advantages of electric cars
Fuel Efficiency
Lesser Emissions
(2-3 points more added here)
Progress in electric cars - Model T Tesla Electric car
Electric cars and Pakistan
Statistics about electric cars
Conclusion

My conclusion was, that i went against the topic, i argued that electric cars, though they are in development phase, but incentives should be provided so that manufacturers should develop this technology even further. at a time when resource supply such as oil will decrease with time, Hybrid technology is the future. Even if we have to ignore the economical aspect, but these cars should be promoted.

People comment please :)

Thanks for the wish, and let's see what the result brings :)

@mujtaba17
I wrote the hierarchy one, but for the topic you wrote i had an outline totally different from your's. I don't think we should pour all the technology into an essay rather we should analyse as much implications of such a topic and bring forward some recommendations.
