Default Dear all those who are against age relaxation!

what must decide the minimum and maximum age for entering a civil service which is worthy of as much struggle to enter it?? What must be the criteria for deciding age limit? Must age limit be decided under the whim and fancy of just about anyone, or of a military dictator?

I personally believe that what is needed for entering civil service is skill, abilities, qualification, and dedication, and perhaps a few other honourable qualities, but definitely not "age"! Come on now!

This is not military service where your youth and phyisical fitness decides how able bodied you are. (Exception is perhaps police service)!

In order to call pakistan a highly advanced and well developed welfare state, the government must decide how worthy a person entering civil service is! and the governemnt must not decide css examination and age limit on as extremely simplistic notions as "have you grown up or not?"

I have come across so many persons so much worthy of civil service, they solely cannot enter it because of age!! That's a "fact", at least to me!!

Thanx!!

I think the age relaxation should not be an issue for a hardworking person, because having an age limit encourages people to work more harder for CSS, and its a reality that hard workers always succeed in whatever field they want to go...
