Of course it is a distraction. Everyone claimed that they have proofs and evidences yet failed to present them here. When they are questioned, they counter-questioned and discussed everything except the evidences.

Islamic Law is not applied in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan then how can we expect its application in KAFIR USA.
Secondly, I cannot absolve her completely innocent keeping in view the previous discussion on the same thread. Those who say she's guilty are not guilty of being biased but rational human beings who can join the dots.

Lolz
Kindly make a profile of Aafia then make a comparison. Riddles are not to be solved in a court of law. Facts to be seen. The fact-in-issue is not Last Island lived in Saudi Arabia and did Masters in English Literature but the mysterious circumstances that PRECEDED and FOLLOWED Aafia's arrest that matter. Need a lesson in Evidence law Rifle Queen

What a great nation we are!
One side is hell bent upon proving she is guilty another claiming her the innocent MUSLIM lady caught in a JEWISH+AMERICAN trap. The question is: 1. Why would USA give this particular lady so much importance and use every judicial mechanism to keep her behind bars indefinitely? Why not someone else? 2. I honestly feel sick when people say the Jewish and bla bla lobby has the sole concern of destroying Muslims and they feel great relief when Muslims are in trouble. Isn't Aafia another reason for our religio-political parties and NGOs to have another day of protest? 3. Why can't we see the injustices happening in front of us and shout ONLY when our so-called dignity is hurt by capture of a MUSLIM WOMAN in an INFIDAL LAND? I do feel the case was not decided judiciously and the verdict is judicially faulty. However, there is MUCH MORE THAN MEETS THE EY I answered to all these questions in great detail before so not going back anyways summing up the Afia issue...there are a few major points that I wanna jot down here, based on what i have learnt by reading through this whole ordeal 1) Anyone can or will be abducted or kidnapped by agencies on pakistani soil in this so called *our war* and their * war or terror* using the ploy of terrorism so freedom of no one is safe. 2) Anyone will be prosecuted strictly on the basis of their belief system rather than what they have actually done and belief system of only the dominant few will rule. Thats how old regimes ruled thats how new "democratic" regimes will rule.Freedom of expression even in our minds will go to drain.(after all she dint DO anything, dint have POTENTIAL to do anything and getting her on the testimony of a terrorist who himself was water boarded one hundred and eighty three times) They dont even have her fingerprints on the gun what kind of world are u living in my friend. So u r basically telling me that she stood up ,had time to open her bag,in case she had one, wore gloves, and then got the gun and took a shot.Is that Wat u r implying? I hope u can see how ridiculous you sound. 3) All those ranting about the upper hand of law should not forget that law works in the favor of the rich mainly. no exception to this rule anywhere on the planet. The Us criminal code has many flaws . Every year more than 4000 people are wrongfully convicted of the crimes they never committed even in US. So do not give me this law c*** as law is not absolute.Lawyers and juries can be biased. It is a proven fact, proved time and again in court houses of all the states. 4) Those whom agencies want behind bars WILL definitely end up behind bars no matter if they did anything or not. Thats what i have learnt from this case . I can talk like forever on this topic but because ppl have chosen to *disagree* then looking at the facts and coming up with their own opinion. I will stop it right here. and for your kind info mister naughty boy I do not talk on the basis of religion.

You are right!
Nothing is mysterious in the case. All seem as normal as it should be. Her case is a fit case of acquittal, however, she seems to have a bad luck to have only enemies around who want her implicated in a fabricated case and who spent much time and money to follow her from Pakistan, take her to Afghanistan, make a case then bribe the judiciary to declare her guilty and then rest. Another innocent has been taken to INjustice. Mission Accomplished.
