12th May : Criminal Silence of CJ indicates his bias towards PPP
Three years before on 12th may 2007,there was a wild bloodshed in karachi, the whole city was hijacked by the so called solo party of town, many precious lives were gunned down.
My grief n questions are, What restrains Chief justice from taking action against the culprits of brutal killing?. Y is CJ silent reprehensively on this issue, despite of huge powers enjoyed by him? To whom he is afraid of to inquire 12th may incident? Its a vivid example of his partiality towards just ppp. Its a big question mark on judges credibility. What u think friendz- ur input wil highly be appreciated. |

I fully endorse your point of view and I have the same questions from our worthy CJ. May God bless him with courage and resources to address this issue as well. Why is he silent? it is a big questions mark and doubt creating dilemma.

I think 12th May case has more importance than Swiss Cases.

The core question is "Why PPP", and the answer is that PPP is the most sensible party within the country which will never provoke the disintegration of the country. She will ever face the courts within her legal boundries without playing any territory card. I mean "Uss ko chhutty na mili jis ne sabaq yaad kiya !!" Quote:

the chief justice cud not live upto our expectations...
the chief justice Iftikhar Mohammad Choudhry cud not live upto our expectations.except politicised verdict of NRO, there is nothing that we may say as a feather in CJ's cap.the 12th may case wud stand as the moment and day of celeberation every year.i assure you that till next 12th may 2011, there is going to be no any significant development as far as this case is concerned.remember my word.
on the other hand the judiciary itself has succumbed to the ignoble menace of corruption and venality.the chief justice shud take an immediate notice of the corruption prevalent in the session and high courts.he shud avoid politicising the role of judiciary.corruption will end and justice wud prevail if these courts start working in accordance with the moral and judicial code of law.these cases wud meet their logical end if these courts abandon corruption.there is only a lot of talk about the corruption at the upper echelons of power but no attention is being paid to the middle and lower echelons.the judiciary itself has fallen prey to this very anathema.

Yes,offcourse CJ sometimes get biased not with PPP but also wid PML (N).The case of Mr.M Shehbaz Shreef is still pending. What motive is behind this.
??? Why CJ is not serious about other thousands of thousands cases of masses, pending since long. CJ should not only confront with PPP but also must pay attention to other piercing issues of high gravity..

CJ is not silence.he has adopted tough stance against guilty people. However, some nafarious external sources are involved in this whole game.moreover, those sources are enough for feebling the CJ and destablizing government.thus, steps are being taken by CJ typically and technically. The whole cycle of cruilty will be end InshahAllah very soon.

Impact level of CJ's decisions will be very low unless accountability and justice are not seen across the board. Why doesn't he go ahead and wrap up the petitions filed Nawaz Sharif and concerned allies. Further more, Suo moto is due without any doubt gainst 12th May masacre. These acts will do wonders to his reputation and stature otherwise in near future he'll merely be seen as a timid govt.employee cum politician represting Nawaz Sharif.

it is more important case then swiss....if we not come one line then alwasys will happen sucha incidents.
May 12, 2007, a black day in history of Karachi and Pakistan, when the cosmopolitan was held hostage by killers and arsonists of various political parties. The day when Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry was denied entry into Karachi and later Pervez Musharraf triumphantly punched in air, celebrating his show of power on scores of dead bodies that fall in Karachi. It is a shame that Pakistan Peoples’ Party and ANP who were major victims of May 12 have not done anything to take the culprits to justice. PPP is in favor of just forgetting the event. While ANP is happy with verbal protests and rallies on streets.. is it called justice or peaece...
