Ridiculously naive. Am angry, but still laughing as to how naive the people are who think every CSP is corrupt. Maybe such people need to improve their exposure rather than believing whatecer is heard on TV or read in the newspaper.

No offense, Just curious, If you are so super Intelligent, Why did you failed to secure a position In groups like PSP, FSP & DMG and fallen into something like PAAS?

I never said anything about HEC staff. Try to correctly recall whatever you have read. And I didnt use the 'most' word either. And if a CSS officer, or any other mortal like me, knows things, he can say anything as long as he is decent and persuasive. In case you do not find me convincing, you have right to argue. But personal attacks only tend to weaken your stance buddy.

I am not super-intelligent nor ever claimed to be. PSP wasnt in my options in the first 5. FSP was my first option and yeah, I couldnt come up to its merit.

REASONS:

1. I took the papers at age of 21 yrs 3 months, and had hardly 3 months to prepare after completion of my BE.

2. I got 96/200 in chemistry. (50 more marks in this subject, which could have been there easily would have landed me in top 20)

Anyway, I did not retake CSS. I have to serve the country, not to flaunt my authority. I am quite happy Alhamdolillah in PAAS.

This thread has got around 80 posts now. Somewhere it went off a tangent and instead of discussing HEC and DMG, we got personal attacks from members in our hands.
It is evident there is nothing more to discuss, hence the thread is closed.

Let me make one thing very clear to you. I treat every member here equally. Even if a CSP crosses his limit, I can ban him very conveniently. Check my record. You will find many CSPs banned for overstepping the border.
