Im fully agreed with you bro.infact im sick of these so-called ulemas who mould islamic teachings for their own benefits like legalizing sood.islam is a clear religion and there is no ambiguity.what is declared as illegal by islam will always remain so.so its better to avoid such fatwas.

Bro Pakistan is not a darul harb.if state has failed to enforce islamic injuctions then its our responsibility to follow islamic orders.no doubt it will make life difficult for an honest person in a country like Pakistan but im sure it is not impossible.no one can force us to give bribe.its we who for our own convineince indulge in this un islamic practice.for a better next world we will have to face such difficulties in this world.in history Muslims lived in countries who conditions were worst than those in Pakistan but still they lived there and tried to improve its conditions.thats what we also need to do first individually and then collectively irrespective of whether government is enforcing islamic laws or not.
