The word khappay of punjabi language has only one meaning and that is not positive Jamhooriat khappay,jamhooriat ki aisi ki tesi (In desi style)

there is nothing new in this. when a man become an administrator from clerk position just in a period of 2 to 3 years than this is not a big deal , unfortunately our system is full of these sort of examples and now no one is there to even ask or stop them, instead of regrets they come affront like they had done an act of bravery shame on these idiots.

obviously.,its pathetic.,sidh going down day by day.,just go n see sindh.,people are dying because they have no money, shelter.,they dont have basic needs.,other things come after that.,there is a lot of different between education system of sindh and punjab.,i belonged to sindh basically n i know very well.,

Ghalat baat, sadar sahab kaa farman hai ke "jamhooriat behtreen intiqam hai, Pakistan khapay" (BTW Khapay is also used in a 3rd sense in Sindhi Language, Khapay=being used up )
