I think that teacher which are appointed in government institution these are not qualified.
primary teachers does not want to admit their children in government schools because they knows better about the enviroment of the government schools.

Primary education system of Pakistan is far below the threshold level. To improve it, sincere efforts are urgently required to restructure the whole scenario on advance grounds keeping in view the needs and shortcomings of society instead of copying others. Government must ponder upon to prepare a master plan to re-energize the system with handsome investments and fresh blood specialized in primary education. Possible improvements may include attractive salary pakeges, bonus' and other material benefits to attract competent class of country to this area. Strong checks accompanied with counter checks preferably online complaint systems may be implemented to reduce the corruption to bare minimum levels. Cutting long story short, investment in education sector would never be a business in loss.

Education plays an important role in uplifting of a nation, no doubt but as your question with due respect is about the level.

so, i think for the judgement or evaluation one has to have a standard for it and as far as we are concerned there is no such standard no offence indeed why because we are having a multi-functional syllabus, types this needs to altered.
