Decision made by SC was a very good step but i would like to say SC is not a trial court and decision made was only on statment of few people who themselves are not trust worthy, decision would be wothy only when it will be implemented and for implimentation i fear agencies wount play thier role as FIA is most corrupt agency.
if inquire is conducted by NAB again it would be of no use.
I believe a judicial comission should be formed to inquire the matter to see the evidence, examine the witnesses and than act according to law.
New legislation is also required for grabbing ex-army officials as court marshal can not be held against them.
SC decision has not only discloses the corruption done by uniform but also pointed out lacunas in our accountbility laws

Court has given a clear decision but again ball is in govt. court. Army officials and famous politicians. Govt only use this decision to defame their opponents but inquiry against these is a big challenge for govt.
