Silicon Battery is on a distinguished road
Default What do you think?

The recent decision of Supreme court of Pakistan, on the presidential election, echoes the sound of personal attachment in between the judiciary and the PML-N,or establishment Vs PML-N, the judiciary had been used against Pppp, in their regime, to encounter their publicly acceptance, as it was done in the past in the name of Martial Law, by establishment, The same case seems to be glimpsing here, but with a different approach...
The Judiciary, A real tool of the present establishment...
What do you think?

The decision is purely constitutional . Justice Wajihuddin , who is a presidential candidate of PTI , has also said that it is constitutional . And today, half an hour ago , Imran Khan has also acknowledged this fact .

Default supreme court should listen to the other parties as well

in my opinion, the decision of the supreme court is not the real show of justice for two reasons. first, the supreme court did not seek the opinion of the other parties who are directly involved in the process of presidential elections.
secondly, the decision was made in so hurry that all requirements of the case was not fulfilled as it is quite seriously criticized by many noteable law experts.

it was not the job of judiciary to announce the date of election itself and i ask a question now what is the role of ECP in this scenario.

"Constitution" and "Justice" are two different things, Constitution is 'a law determining the fundamental political principles of a government' whereas Justice is 'a quality developed in human beings by hundreds of thousands of years of evolutionary learning and progress' and therefore Justice is much more vital for human welfare than Constitution. The role of apex court, with all due respect, should be to do Justice while maintaining the social contract founded by the Constitution, however in this case it seems to have failed to do Justice and used Constitutional provisions to give favors which is clearly a 'bias'. I hate PPP, but I hate Injustice more

Thumbs down Biased judiciary

Well I am not really shocked what judiciary has done. It is what judiciary always do. It do not see what it is doing and just hear and do what PML-N wants and what PPP do not want.
Judiciary is anti ppp and will remain. PML-N is gaining a lot from this so called free judiciary and PPP is losing a lot from this judiciary.
This country is heading toward one unit. Some institutions are running the country.

You are right brother, and the Thrasymachus view of Justice seems to be prevailing here, "Will of the mighty is the Justice". The judicial activism or precisely Might of Judiciary, we have seen brought forth goods as well as bads, no strange a fact, everything comes with pros and cons. But here one thing which seems to be plausible is that albeit Judiciary is being more active yet it has remained within the framework of constitution. The constitutional pundits are divided on their stance whether the judicial activism is having positive impact on the constitutional development in this country or not, they agree that constitution has been upheld. The judiciary must remain unbiased and neutral, this is better for its integrity, and Montesquieu's Theroy of Separation of powers is the linchpin for efficient and effective working of all institutions, every institution must remain within the powers assigned to it by the constitution.

Your location is Sindh rural and your stance commensurate with that.

P.S: Dear do little work on tenses, you are using do with singular subject which is really shocking, however rest is fine.

When it comes to judiciary of Pakistan, I weigh it through the same barometer as I do with most of the corrupt institutions and political parties. Only difference is that high level judiciary takes sue motto on major embezzlement cases charged on one party and remains in state of oblivion for the other party. Whereas the lower level of judiciary is concerned, all is dirty cap a pie.

The only reason behind judiciary showing tilt towards the one party is the power struggle.

The decision of judiciary regarding the presidential election shows its political inclination towards PML-N governmaent.Iftikhar Chaudhry has always acted against PPP in order to achieve public support.Judiciary's decisions(NRO case,Memo case) have shown that it has been acting as a proxy of establishment and anti-PPP elements. But we should not be surprised as we cannot expect democratic spirit from a PCO judge.

Dear definitely location has got nothing to do if your reasoning is sound and argument is logical, but you didn't give any argument. You just sound emotional about the decision. I just by the way said that we are human being and Human beings have tendency to be biased, PPP has stronghold in Rural Sindh so i just said that that's why it might seem injustice to you.

Brother i support your stance, the judiciary must not take sides and be neutral. I myself support no such biasness.

As far as English is concerned, it is good dear already, Best of luck for CSS whenever you appear.
