PML (N) is failed to implement its rid within the state as every institution are doing what they want like cable operators of the Pakistan. State and their institutions are not proficient to enforce constitutional order to protect the fundamental rights of citizens. Geo News transmission was unofficially closed or disturbed from its original frequency on 19th April 2014 by cable operators without any order from PEMRA/Judiciary. Later on matter was misused by certain elements which are against of Freedom of Press & Expression. After many allegations Geo New transmission was officially banned by PEMRA on 6 June 2014 for fifteen days with plenty of Rs. 1 million. In the mean time leader of PML (N) Senator Pervez Rasheed federal minster for Information and broadcasting & many religion scholars consistently said that ban on Geo News transmission is unconstitutional & the killing of fundamental rights of Media which is consider as a fourth pillar of democracy. According to PEMRA orders Geo News transmission should be restored on its original position by 20th June 2014 but it did not even honorable Supreme Court and Sindh high court also directed PEMRA to order cable operators to restore it but still Geo News is banned in most of the areas of Pakistan. It seems that government of PML (N) is not enough capable to enforce the orders of its own institutions.

We cannot blame govt for everything. Each of us has some responsibility to fulfill and we need to do our self assessment to know whether we are on the right track or not?
