The Political situation in Pakistan
No one seems to be called as man of the moment who could come forth and settle this would-be or could-be or perhaps should-be revolution. Our Mian sab, the moron that he has always been, didn't take timely decisions to avert this mess. He should have banned the TV-channels to begin with instead of roughing up the poor reporters. He should have used force more subtly and before their entrance to the red-zone. He should have contacted the COAS off the record rather then pleading him in front of all and no need to mention his hollow true-lies regarding the military. The COAS is a weakling and an illustrious goat for he neither knows how to settle it with dialogue nor capable of using force. Other Generals must be cursing their boss besides cursing their fate of missing this glorious chance. The parliament and the people residing therein are all the beneficiaries of status-quo and would never let go their hard-won space in this political system. Nobody loves democracy, it's plain interest and strictly business. Achakzai sab is a failure in terms of Pashtun nationalism and trying to atone for his sins by doing some good for this sham democracy. The Islamist-Politician Maulana Fazl-e-Rehman is neither Islamist nor a Politician, but paragon of hypocrisy and vicegerent of Satan. Hence, No further comments. The Baaghi Javed Hashmi shouldn't have joined PTI to begin with. He was at odds with Jumaatis, Mian sab and others all his career for reasons of being the FIRST and IMPORTANT. Mr. Hashmi your time is out. Such antics won't help. You should have launched your own party two decades ago. As for IK, Hold on. Never give-in. You are absolutely not Plato's Philosopher but nothing short of Nietzsche's Superman, even if you are on other side of the truth, since truth is relative anyway. If you won, your not-so-wise arguments will become bible. If you fall, no need to worry. Nature is always kind to martyrs regardless of their sides !!

Believe it or not Pakistan is in the name of democratic countries and asserting any power or decision on people wouldn't be a smart choice by any present ruler. Because democratic grounds allow each and every citizen freedom of speech so asserting pressure of taking help from army in this regard will not be any positive sign for his governance. Instead he should have played smart and make something better to handle the situation unlike blunders he has done. |

Is it Chaos??
The question is not of the man who could come forward. What really is needed is that collective efforts are needed weather they are so-called democratic or real. It is the moment to think of something rational. All of us are blaming the PM or Media or the flock demonstrating Sit-in. Why are we being diverted from the core cause or ground reality. Who's talking about the inept institutional performance? What one should think and start talking here is the deliverance. Let me support my cause via today's Mr. Mushahid speech in joint parliamentarian Sit-in (I would also call it sit-in a sit-in against a sit-in) where he pledges Mr speaker not to accept the resignations after all they are parliamentarians and they have right too. He speaks about the impotency of Govt. which had failed to deliver. Mr. Hassan Nisar view point in toronto, recently, is that Govt is still acting as Mughal Dynasty. So, its not the time to retaliate for sit-in as they cannot sleep or using parliament backdoor to enter or leave. Govt. should take decisions more maturely. It has to show leadership now or never.
No doubt, biased parliament and media have come up (long debate). What an intellectual thinking is how you perceive a scenario and make a fruitful decision. Reforms are needed and everybody agree with it. There is a NCGR (National council for Govt. Reforms) in this country too. It should take proper actions and make unbiased committees for the welfare of institution then the mass. Logically think, how would you live in a house which is broken or not yet made or its on maps yet. Right now the rational decision should be moving the sit-in outside the red zone and resuming dialogues. PM is head of the state he is in position of taking blunt steps. If he is not resigning, it is his decision and to somewhat parliamentarians too. Right now, the correct decision is of making a committee which could probe into rigging despite of speeches in parliaments and FIR should be registered and legitimate procedures should be going on at the moment of speeches. Finally, I will support my comment via democratic quote "Democracy is the best revenge". Despite of blaming each other, Govt. should prove their work and achievements up til now. |

No one can forcefully deprived others of their rights to protests and assembly under democracy, Govt is able to use force and disperse handful protesters if they endanger their govt to go ahead and complete constitutional 5 years term.
Army need not much deliberation as they are autonomous body among others in Pakistan but the hurdle is post-coup situation as we had seen many times in our national political history. |
