because they saw the experience is relevant and complete then they have decided the merit.

Could it be possible for you, to get names of those selected?
Though they are available on NTS merit list as well.

I tried to reach to Mr. Murad khan but he was not in his office .. at the time he is the only source authentic for me.. i will try to reach him tomorrow..
