how long does NTC take to dispatch offer letter to selected candidates after 2nd interview ?

why NTC taking that much time in finalizing the candidates, anyone have authenticated updated?

chairman NTC was out for tour. It will take 15 to 20 more days. Confirmed from HR NTC
