My preferred place of posting is Sukkur but there is nothing like Sub office associate in the selection process of JCA as they have taken a combined test from all candidates. What was the correct ans of a question related to MIS? Was it; it includes people, processes and practices?

Guys what will be the next phase in recruitment process? Will they call selected individuals or they will take interview from all candidates? He said there are total 40 vacancies but he was not sure about how many will be hired from us and how many will be filled through promotion? Any idea what is the policy of sindh government about the filling of vacant posts?

Ans: 2. Two Nation Theory
Creation of Pakistan was a major breakthrough in the history of sub continent. Its building stood on the foundations provided by an ideology that came to be known as Two Nation Theory later on.
The theory expounded a very popular notion that the Hindus and the Muslims were two entirely separate nations with distinctions running through all the details of their lives.
From the entrance of the first Muslim in subcontinent, there came different eras which expressed the emphasis on this theory. It however gained big momentum after Sir Sayyed Ahmed Khan urged on its importance in the interest of better administration of the region.
Subsequent to Sir sayyed’s awakening , Allama Iqbal and Qaid E Azam brought two nation theory under a wide spotlight.
The British government also rested convinced with the essence of the theory while its countering idea of united India paled in insignificance before it.
The destiny of such historical separation was sealed and it has to come true one day. 14th August 1947 finally became a big day on which Two nation theory achieved its objective. Not only did Pakistan come to exist but it was internationally recognized also. In a broader sense, recognition to Pakistan was a world’s recognition to this remarkable Two Nation Theory.

Part 2. Law

1. What is difference between the Judgment and Decree.

Ans: Judgment is reasoning of a worthy judge prior to issuing a decree. Decree is an order passed after the process of making judgment.
Judgment is not challengeable however decree may be a subject to review and revision.

2. Difference between Appeal, review and revision.
Ans:
Appeal is a right while review and revision are privileges.
Appeal may be filled regardless of prior proceedings and for review and revision there has to be prior proceedings on the case.
A review can be exercised by the same court while the revision rests in the authority of high court.

3. What is RES Judicata ?

When a case is adjudicated by the competent court and it may not be pursued by the same parties for further trials it is called Res Judicata.
Cases in which court vacates the same verdict even after reviews and revisions are subject to res judicatta.

4. Distinguis patent and design.

There are two types of paten; utility patent and design patter. The former deals with function while the later deals with structure. There is a difference of form and function.
