@ amjad dear the process is challenged in the court.
Follow up the updates on whatsapp, there is a group chat , all JCA friends share updates.

Employees of SHC had filed a petition back in november/december regarding their promotion.

Recently a hearing was done by the court, but the court has not ordered to stop this process. There isn't any stay order on this issue. So process will continue..

So don't worry. Trust God.

SHC staff wants these vacancies to be filled by promoting them leaving no room for fresh recruitment.
The matter is the court, perhaps this is the reason the process is delayed.
