Test weightage, Academic qualifications, Job experience, interview?

The entire recruitment process has to be in accordance with the federal recruitment policy (available at the establishment division's website). Total five candidates are required to be called for interview against each post. According to the policy, the written test result may have 70% weightage whereas the weightage of the interview will be upto 30%. However, it will be at the discretion of the concerned ministry/division to give more weightage to the written test. A department selection committee (DSC) is to be constituted comprising of a chairman and two members to interview the short listed candidates. Furthermore, the chairman of the DSC has been given 40% weightage and 30% weightage has been allocated to each member. The candidates will be assessed in the interview according to the following criteria:
Relevant qualification/Experience = 30%
Knowledge/Skill relevancy = 40%
Personality/Interpersonal Communication skills = 30%.

I appeared for the first time. My center was St. Patrick's College Karachi. Paper was little bit tough but I hope for best.
I have a question here, I am a fresh graduate in Agricultural Engineering, with 82.07% Marks. Is there any benefit for the academic record?
And when the result will be announced?

To get yourself shortlisted, it is the written test result which matters. It has been observed that mostly the candidates with good written test score are given edge in the interview over those having lesser score. Coincidentally, if two candidates have the same written test score or don't have much marks difference then interview performance will definitely decide the final merit. Last time it took NTS two weeks to declare the result, if result is ready even then NTS needs the client's nod to display it.

i see here someone made it. I just don,t know how. domicile is not mentioned in marks

There are 18 seats, so 90 candidates may be called for interview. However, the admin may only call those with above 80 marks. No idea what they will do.
