Apna dangerous bhai...ap jis bande ka bata rahe hain..us ko jo letter mila h us me Manager HR ka number likha h..ap us bande se number lain or us p contact kar ke apna status le lain...
7 forms issue hone ka matlab yeh h k seats just 3 or 4 hain...
Definately yar 105 candidates me recomend to buhat se hoe honge par security forms issued according to available seats....
Or jin logo ko Friday tak forms nahi mile woh apne ap ko out of the race samje including me..because one candidate sent me picture of the letter...security forms letter issued on 12-4-17 and received by concerned candidates on 14-4-17 friday...
It also clearly shows that candidates interviewed on 20-3-17 are on top of merit .. as the two guys i known are in top 10...
Or dangerous me bhai..ap ka 20 3 17 ko interview list me kia number tha..mine was 22...
Or jis ko ap jante ho jis ko security forms mile hain us ka number kia tha interview list me or date of interview...
Or letter p yeh bhi likha h k security forms within 15 days jama kara dain...

Security forms issued to 5 male candiates and 2 female candidates...

the candidate was on 12 number I guess and I was on 15..dont remember exactly...and I dont think it was merit number...the number was based on Reference number I.e. if a person applied before me he will get reference number suppose 405 and I 408..after shortlisting he will be above me...thats what I inferred..and in that sequence they called candidates for interview also...it has nothing to do with merit...My judgment... I may be wrong..
.Calling them is also useless they will give same answer that you are recommended and in waiting list..
And lastly No worries..Jiska Allah ne izq likha hoa hy usko mile ga...Allah knows who is most deserving...Allah always do best...Best of luck to all...Have faith in Allah

on 17-04-16 i called them and talk to the Manager (HR)...(cant write his name here)....first he is not talking clearly and just told me that u r not among selected ones...but when i have told him that i belongs to one of same organization under which MTC is working ...then he cleared the complete picture to me and made some gap-shap with me and told me that...they have only just 02 or 03 seats..thats why we select very very few people and forwarded security forms to 7 of them.........04 or 05 among them will also be dropped...

one thing is weird that why they called 105 candidates for interview if the seats of AM HR/Admin were only 02 or 03...

interview of some fresh candidates was gone really good like a lot of other candidates...but MTC have very limited seats.. one thing i want to tell u that both fresh candidates even their interview gone good are effected and experienced ones also....due to large number of interview candidates...
