sc interfered and i heard that stay on recruitment through fpsc is vecated

any body with update what happened in case 129/2017 (our problem)

anybody who is in islamabad may kindly visit islamabad high court and find out next hearing date of case 129/2017.as the ban is over

its really agonizing to wait for result for which you even donot know you are selected or not ,waiting waitng and waiting

As per conversation, the Dep.Reg.(Jud.) IHC intimated for copy of verdict we can apply in Writ Br. For Detailed Inspection only the parties can apply for detailed inspection of the case. D.Reg. (Jud.)can only provide software based info which is available on internet too (un-updated one).

what do u mean verdict is passed or case still pending (wether any hearing took place after submission of withdrawl application by wasim)

Waseem sb first said he has submitted an application for early hearing now he says, last week, DD legal of the department shall submit an application for early hearing. The only information that would help is to enquire wether the application for an early hearing is submitted in IHC for the said case or not and how long it takes for the hearing to be fixed if it is submitted. If you guys are interested in talking to him and if it helps i can share his number or let me know what to ask

instead of going to the court we must seek solution either from fpsc or any person privy to development within the department. the matter has been lingering over past couple of months and we are being victimised without any reasons.

contacting DD legal of the department can also be fruitful for early disposal of case because only parties can do that and wasim is not intrested in doing it and fpsc has many other importent things to do

yes indeed it is the case, because once i visited Fpsc in person and they replied me " they only do recruitment, dept want a person or not they don't know" so we are only left with the other option. now, it will be a commendable act if somebody here on islmbd will do on our behalf. anyone on this platform endorse this may say yes or those who have apprehension may write so we move forward to end this stalemate.

barak Ullah of the department, may be the person pursuing this case, seems to be least interested. his direct number is 0519107260. someone in Islamabad should visit the department for updates
