What the hell is going on? They are all wasting our time. What is the maximum time limit to make a decision if bench is not present? Can any body inform me

There is no such thing as time limit in our judicial ststem. It takes generations to get justice. 18 Lac cases are pending in Pakistani courts.

It needs one protest in front of isl high court to 'convince' the judge to hear the case.

Hello everyone. I think this is high time that we all team up together and raise our voice lest the history may repeat itself. EOBI administration is not very serious and their incompetent lawyers are good for nothing. We will consult a lawayer in Islamabad. Contact me all so that a whatsapp group can be formed and actions can be taken with collective consultation. I think any one of us must write a letter to Supreme court and let them know about this matter..and if u protest its a good idea along with a letter.

Many candidates have joined the whats app group but we are still waiting for those who were active in this thread for long time such as Yousaf Aziz, Mubashir Khatak, Khalid Iqbal, Aneeqa and other colleagues. Kindly expedite. We should have done this before.

Sis I have tried once against NAB. But supreme court operate in the same dystopian society of ours. Supreme court has a human rights complaint cell which is more effective in disposing off complaints. I think it would be better if we flood the islamabad high court with online complaints.
