I know about the one in IHC. But there is also an EOBI related case in Supreme Court in which the Honourable Bench had given Stay Order on new recruitments.

Will my son be called for an interview if after my retirement (which is still 30 years in future I.A) so that at least he'll not have to worry about getting a job?

Can the recent announcement of 10% Increment in EOBI pensions by Finance Minister Asad Umar help in speedy dispensation of the cases?

what is present position of the case? do we have any chance in future for appointment in eobi? I have topped from balochistan but waiting for appointment in Eobi since long...

Our case is strong. Our lawyer is going to submit application for expeditious disposal in the coming week. Hopefully, we will hear good news soon.
