Dear 15k is initial basic pay mentioned in advertisement. whole salary is normaly not mentioned in advertisement. 15k plus other allowances makes it more

Your salary would be around 25000 it would be higher if allowances approved by the federal government upto june 2015, june 2016 and june 2017 is approved by the Finance Division / ministry of finance.

how it is possible that salary not increased in each budget i.e 2015, 2016 and 2017. after each budget pay has been refixed in new pay scale in every federal / provincial depapqtment.

few months ago someone said that gross pay is 33k. i just want to confirm.

hahaha, no dear its not yet increased unfortunately for 3 financial years, as for as eobi is not on the payroll of AGPR which is responsible for accounting matters of the federal govt, eobi is autonomous body of federal govt. and has its board of directors and finance department which would increase pay after the hectic approval of the ministry concerned and ministry of finance etc.

Default Salary of Assistant in EOBI
Dear members, as I know the initial salary for the post of Assistant (BS-10) is between 27000 to 30000. So also, the Assistant is to be promoted to the post of Senior Assistant (BS-15).

I think we all must discuss about Interviews at this stage not on promotion or salary because there is final stage remaining. Plz plz plz.
