My interview was on Sunday...... it almost 10 mints or more...i agreed with aneeqa there is no fixed pattern of interview....... it is totally spontaneous........they may ask anything from your latest degree....... they may ask questions regarding your work experience......they may ask your favorite subject and ares of interest and then start questions from these........questions relating to PRA may be asked....
For instance i quote some questions asked from me.... 1- introduction 2- why you want to join PRA and leave banking 3- what is difference between financial management and financial reporting 4- what is internal control for banks 5- categories of prudential regulations 6- internal controls for cash transactions 7- current KIBOR rate 8- what is re finance facility 9- what is development 10- what is window dressing 11- if cash is short how you can balance it 12- current salary May be questions skipped from my mind

Thanks dear aneeqa for wishes and same to you. ....... luckily all questions were related to my job description and i answered correctly....... but the whole process of recruitment is very suspicious...... interviewing 476 candidates against 30 seats doesn't makes any sense.....furthermore we don't about final merit criteria and how it would be calculated........ so let's wait and see what happens...... all the best to you. .....
