I think we all know that no one is going to let it go (the job opening) just because there is no promotion. All this stuff should be considered by a person when he holds an offer letter in his hands and that's the moment to decide whether he wants to join or not. Apply for the test, prepare for the test, appear in the test, pass the test, prepare for the interview, appear in the interview, clear the interview, receive an offer letter, and then decide and compare it with other jobs.

You can differ with my opinion. Everyone has own choice and appetite. May be, for some people, senior Auditor is a better job than inspector customs.

Thank You Sir for the sharing such helpful information. Some people like me need this information before applying for a job. I am currently working in autonomous government organization and it very hard for me to obtain NOC from my current organization and I can only get one or two NOCs that too with approach from higher ups and at the cost my reputation as an employee . I am currently earning around 55K however due nature of organization I will never be posted in my home station of Lahore as it has no office here. Please tell me about the prospects of posting in Lahore in this organization.
