Dear when has it happened that everyone who was qualified for interview appointed? If those 'political appointees' can't decide the number of vacancies then who can? Us? Or I may have misunderstood something.

A lot of people here actually don't even know the meaning of 'Graduate Trainee Program' that too of the organizations like OGDCL? Please do some research!

The government, courts and yes, we will make them implement Graduate Trainee Program in this prestigious organization. Just a little push, everything is ready.

Instead of sending graduate engineers abroad for product and equipment training, The managers of the respective departments go with their families on excursion trips.

There are many other evidences as well.

Not really shocked to see the list. Good news is that the top 100 candidates of the respective disciplines can be selected for GTP 2012. After this blunder, the chances of winning this case is 99.99 %.

Do you guys are still waiting for the miracle to happen or will you guys stand up and fight for what is rightfully yours?

OGDCL's is not only Oil and Gas exploration but also development company.

Do you want to see the evidences we require to win the case? Just log on to OGDCL website and see the OGDCL service as well as goods tenders!

Do you know how much OGDCL spend on importing and the service of expensive Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, and drilling tools and related equipment/machinery?

What did the current OGDCL management has so far done to decrease its dependence on expensive imported technology and their dependence on the foreign exploration companies? Did they initiate any R&D related workshops/labs etc up-till now?

Is OGDCL is the Oil and Gas outsourcing company or the development company?

Guys just put up the case and a little protest, so that media can catch our issue. We will win this case sooner than you think.

Evidence of the OGDCL's management incompetency is uploaded on the website. They haven't spent anything on the engineers of the country. Organization who explore oil from our provinces and spent billions of rupees on imported technical equipment couldn't develop its own skilled engineers. We are the graduates of 2012 and we can't appear for the GTP's now. Partially because of age factor. OGDCL kept us in denial all these years and now it selected just 71 engineers from the NTS tests it spent millions of rupees.

It won't harm its health if OGDCL spend few millions annually on engineers from whose provinces they explore O&G!

hello any one can upload the "order of the court" what exactly court had ordered. so that it can be sued in the court of law....

so gang up guys... where are the people who previously filed the petition in court..

As its been heard that only 1 week timing has been given to the candidates for joining...

2 advertisements with in the short span of one month and both adds(24-10-2012 and 18-11-2012) had required AE instrument trainee..
and only 10 AE selected
and on 6th November 2016 more candidates for AE instruments appeared in NTS ....
whats going on...???
if court had giveng orders to interview us its not just for the sake of interview .... ogdcl seems that it is saving itself, so that the candidates appeared in recent test should not go in court as the earlier..
