Ok now that it is clear that we have to apply for this through both PSO & NTS website ... The shortlisting of candidates for test does not make sense .. How can you ask a person to deposit an amount for test and then not call that person for test???

Also to all those asking about salary package ... Please don't be a typical pakistani whose 1st question is "Meri pay kitni ho gee" ... At the stage we are in (fresh graduates) all one should care about is experience & company you are working for .. Pay is something which you can demand after you have proven yourself in the field (i.e. GAINED EXPERIENCED)

I applied through pso website, submitted my info
and then the other day hey sent me link, stating that interested canditates should go to nts website to further register there.
and same three P formula of nts to be followed
print , pay and post , and another test

so these companies cant afford recruitment expense... Pso is a company where thr is almost sifarish system even sifarsh for internship, so there r few chances.

Its right to ask salary. when you can ask in interview, although interviewer need to tell, thts what HR teach. you are engineer you do not know hr. so ppl haven't appeared in interview for pso before, its information for you that pso take too tough interviews. Test might be easy but real test will b interview.

after applying through pso website the following email has been sent....so first you have to apply at pso and then through NTS.....

Candidates desirous to register for Talent Development Program are requested to visit the following web link:
http://www.nts.org.pk/ntsweb/PSO_10f...013_Online.htm
All those candidates who have already applied for this program also needs to register with NTS for further processing of their application through above-mentioned web link

Only those applications registered with NTS shall be considered for test to be held on February 24, 2013.

I applied through PSO website on 3-Feb-2013 but got no response from PSO .. I have already applied through NTS ... Lets c kia hota hai
