Can anyone tell me, that in Ppsc,Ypip & Sbots academic record counts or not? Like there is 35 % weightage of academic record in A.D l.d.a recruitment??

In PPSC or FPSC academic records doesn't count. You just have to be eligible to apply that's it. Recruitment process is based on written test and interview.

Well, AD General is basically administrative job...
He/she will be placed in administration...
I met an AD General Cadre, and his dutybthen was only to sign files, get record checked, and witness the statements of buyer and seller in sale process.
These are few of many duties that can be assigned to a AD general.

But, as in other departments, if your boss is annoyed with you, well one may suffer a bit... like he may send the AD to tough job like, in public dealing rather than office work... or may be to encroachment wing... to get the land vacated from illegal occupents with LDA team...

Howerver, crux is that its basically administrative type of role.... not hard to perform...as far as I Know.

Dear Cool Mind,
Sorry for late reply.
1. Interview was in Urdu.
2. They asked for My Introduction.
3. Then they asked about my family background.
4. I am an engineer so they asked why I am not applying for engineering jobs etc.
5. They also asked why I had not applied in electrical Cadre. I told them I was telecommunication Engineer not electrical.
6. They asked me about the company in which I was doing job.
7. Am I appearing for CSS and why Not?
8. About Telecommunication in General.
9. Thank you

I infer from the interview that they were afraid of candidates being leave the job after passing CSS or getting job in their respective profession. So they asked question related to this fear.
