they will send you the form. its not there on website. dont worry. if you can visit FPSC then visit it with documents

tell me what where i can get bio data form because it not available on FPSC website while all other forms are available..

also i am not sure Fpsc mail will arrive on time or not because majority have not received it yet

also i have experience certificate but from where can i get first and last slips because most of employees do not give damn salary slip they give salary.. Bastards of FPSC make such rule because they are incompetent to evaluate right and wrong

o bai experience certificates ka to kahi nai likha apko salary slips kaha se yad a gai.. apne sambhal k rakhi o gi.. bakion ne nai rakhi

I think, they don't need salary slips

1) bio data form is enclosed in the letter they mailed, and it is also enrolled and named by FPSC already to whom it is sent so you cant find it anywhere else.
2) agar tumhara current employer tumko experience certificate day deta hay to u r very lucky..but agar aisa mumkin nahin hay to tumko apnay on job honay ka proof dena hoga jo salary slip hi ho sakti hay ya phir joining letter kisi had tak...one more thing k is say simple or kuchh nahin hay..and main nay koii slips sanbhaal kar nahin rakhi huii hain..humain e-mail aati hay thats y they are safe.
agar tumharay zehen main koii or aasan tariqa hay to mujhay zaroor batana.

But friend this is old format of BIO DATA form (2011) and its 1st page is upto 50% is different from the actual BIO DATA form that I received through post by FPSC.

The Form given in link has the same page (3 & 4) as it is given in BIO DATA form.

The page number 2 is also different upto some extent but you can use it by erasing / removing of last heading no. 14 because it is additional heading and this is not given in latest BIO DATA form.

Friend I try a lot to find out the latest BIO DATA FORM but I can’t find it.

Now, anybody can tell me when posting my Fill BIO DATA form and other supporting documents at following below given address:
