for exp certificates: they will be verified there is no doubt about it. the procedure is simple to contact the previous or current employer and ask about the candidate , they will casually accept the documents before interviews the real verification will be after interviews
from casual acceptance i mean if the minimum educational limit is bachelors with 2 years of experience than the candidate should have passed the university in 2012-or 2013 to receive a 2 years full time experience(internships and part time jobs are not considered)
so if you have a degree and date of result declaration is 2012 then you are eligible whether the certificate is fake or not they will verify it after interviews and during interviews by asking question related to your exp letter organization no of employees etc
now some candidates don't have RELEVANT education or job experience they will be eliminated in this process simple is that.
for exp certificatres:while asking for the letter from your current or previous employer ask them it print it on organizational letter head and , download the format from fpsc website , employer id is a must
real documents for any job should not be send to the employer attested copies are for this purpose anyone who had send the real documents or are sending it Stop and use attested copies
