Taking interview of 4200 candidates is more difficult than verification, they have selected 6 candidates on average per seat, however in their law only 5 candidates should be called. due to requirement of Experience certificate they called huge number of candidates to sort out candidates having genuine experience, as they know candidates will try to submit fake experience certificates in order to get this job.

Everyone is missing a point here. Adhay se ziayada log apni education mien division grade ki waja se disqualify hu jain gy. Then us k bad post qualification exp ki waja se dis qualify hugy us k bad kuch domicile k issues hugy. Yeh list sirf result base hai.

That's upto verification procedure, everyone thinks that they will call undersigned only to verify but there must be some other ways to verify as they asked in bio data form for proofs as well. May be it depends on how candidate has furnished proofs of employment.

e.g they can check EOBI details over the internet within few seconds by entering CNIC No., they can check bank account details for salary, and they can also call undersigned.

Mere firend finalist hua hai atomic research mien or ik 5 months se uski different verification hu rahe hain. Tau verification takes time. Interview nahi leta time.

as per my knowledge many candidates are submitting fake experience.only those who can cannot arrange such fake experience from some organisation
will be at disadvantage. why the hell they demanded experience for bps16?

Bhai fake document wala select nahi huga dont take tension . Read care fully the pre requisite of job you will find a way there. There were some qulification which doest not require any experience

i am dam sure they wont do anything like this its too lengthy, they just examine the period after qualification for each candidate, if it is less than 2 years, candidate will automatically be rejected.
