Hey friends, kindly let me know whether I should send experience certificate in original or photocopy of that experience certificate.

Address ka upper roll number likhana hai jesa address ka sath bracket pa likha hai. or result page be attch krna hai?
certificate ke copy attested krawni hai or orginal certificate lagana hai.
plz answer all quries.

envelope k oper corner ma likh daina
Letter No. F.4-150/2014-R (Roll No.________)
result page attach nae krna un k pas already record ha sb.
aur koi original document nae bjna sirf attested photocopies of ;
1. CNIC (front & back)
2. 2 passport size pics front attested (on back side
mention name & cnic)
3. Matric to B.com/Master (Attested copies of Degrees + Marks sheets)
4. Experience certificate (Attested copy not original)
5. Domicile (Attested copy)

Can someone tell me the advertisement no ? .. One more thing what us meant by "Write to-date if you are still in service " these are to be written on bio data form.
