FPSC has announced the result of Patrol Officer ( Departmental Employees). So the non departmental candidates should also keep their fingers crossed.

some departmental employees also appeared in our interview.

in departmental employee 383 candidates were interviewed against 138 seats instead of 414.

This method makes the recruitment process of FPSC dubious ,FPSC should adopt the method of transparency and fair mechanism at least like PPSC in which marks are displayed.Moreover being federal department FPSC should issue result with detail marks of candidate, likewise CSS , that will raise the level of trust in the soul of every candidate .Although to get detail result is the right of every candidate and nobody or department can abduct our this right. So FPSC will itself make its recruitment process just ,reasonable and clear enough that nobody will be able to malign it or point out in this manner.

IT seems that result of non-departmental candidates will be declared in the mid of NOVEMBER 2015....................how do you take this perception ???????????????comments

There are three different rumers
1. Training of patrol officers is going to start from 15/11/15
2. ------------------------------------------------------ 15/12/15
3. Results of non departmental posts will be announced after mid of January 2016
4. As I mentioned earlier fpsc demanded more candidates for interview that process will take at least six months for final recommendations

So wait and feel great ����

15/11 seems too early and mid of jan too late but anything can happen

as per my information currently the training center is empty and training of new selected patrol officers start from 15 December normally fpsc prepared final result in seven days so result may be announced in this month or next month but news of jan i think not correct a spo told me this so pray for all

list of candidates selected against departmental seats has been uploaded on Fpsc website it means list of candidates selected against general seats will be uploaded in the coming few weeks

But if it is so then why did fpsc not follow the rule of 1:3 candidate in departmental selection?

mr adnan FPSC adopted its general ratio criteria i:e three candidates against one seat let me vindicate it first list contained 614 or 597 number of qualified candidates issued by FPSC for driving test which is 3:1 because FPSC has to induct 183 civilian persons as patrol officer .Moreover diriving test was conducted by NH&MP and department has its own criteria that is aloof from FPSC . If you multiply this figure with three you will get your answer .Notwithstanding so you are screaming about RATIO RATIO AND RATIO i think you have satisfied .Let discuss upcoming event i:e result and name of finally selected candidates magnanimously .
