look above sjjad malik is talking about interview that fpsc is demanding more candidate for interview in general selection to fulfill its 1:3 criteria.
i am saying that if it is so then why fpsc uploaded final list of departmental employees by interviewing only 383 candidates instead of (138*3=414) candidates.

There may be quota related issues; seats that were announced went vacant because of shortage of passed candidates on the respective quotas, by my understanding. This is the fruit of quota-based recruitment system. However, I favor public scrutiny of Federal Public Service Commission any time and do not surely deny or preclude that Federal Public Service Commission has possibly erred or corrupted the process at any stage. Because of lack of accountability of FPSC, it is taking enormous time in the announcement of results and can be expected to deviate from its own formulated procedures, without supervisory check, dismissal of its employees or members or penalty of any sort, because, hey, it is an "autonomous" organization. We have to scrutinize the working of FPSC and the Parliament/NAB/Honorable SC should take an initiative in this genuine public issue.

Bhai what is going on ?
We are here waiting for the announcement of the final result, and you people are asking about quota, ratio and scrutiny by NAB/FIA. It was clearly mentioned in the advertisement that physical and driving test would be conducted. Despite of being short of height and layman in driving many people applied for that job. It was not FPSC but their's fault. Therefore, FPSC rejected them, and less number of candidates were called for interview.

According to Assistant Director serving in FPSC, 1st phase has been completed. Due to less number of candidates in interview, FPSC has asked for more candidates. When i asked Assistant Director that from where NH&MP will bring those candidates, he said that total number of candidates, who were absent from driving and physical test, they will be contacted by the NH&MP for test. I asked him, Sir but still 198 candidates may not be arranged. He said that 102 candidates were absent from test, out of which 5 made petitions in FPSC. Therefore, FPSC has decided to ask NH&MP to call all those absent candidates for test and those, who clear it, will be called by the FPSC for 2nd Phase. I asked him "Sir, what if NH&MP doesn't conduct Re-test then? ". On this, he said that FPSC will take decision on her-own. till then some of these selected candidates will join some where els insha Allah i can not understand what is going on. Allah knows better.

How fpsc ast. director called you beta? they are professionals, i remember the concerned ast. director who called us for interview, was very young and professionl, he is dealing our case till date.

Soldiers aisa nhe ha its your misconception... I hav qualified physical and driving test and my interview was on 14-10-15. one official of fpsc at Lahore office broke this news and we confirmed from that person. Iss news main reality ha k fpsc ne nh&mp Ko letter likha ha iss k bad Kia hona nh&mp Kia response krti . Kia procedure follow hota no one knows about this..
