Many friends would say that written passing policy of fpsc is to call three candidates against one...I too know this rules, but if 5 candidates score 76 marks, then rule is to send letter to all the 5 candidates for interview....so for this reason, fpsc has qualified about +-400 candidates for 89 seats of Punjab...surely candidates from Punjab would get more seats from merit....I.e...13 seats reserved for top 13 candidates....best of luck for everyone.... Dear Lala g
as you mention before that you are well experience in this field can you please tell us whether the driving test is tough OR it is just a formality? thanks |

The rule is to call 5 candidates per seat when the number of posts are 2 or below; in the case otherwise, 3 candidates per seat are invited. The one who secures the best marks in the written exam remains the closest to being recommended.

Bro driving test is very simple...you have to drive a simple car in a jogging track type of path...and then you have to park the car in reverse with few marks in the way back...but important is that you just have to look in mirrors and not by moving your head backward...simple driving test as is taken when you apply for driving license....nothing special....
In the driving test, simple questions are also asked...like how to distinguish between petrol and diesel car, car parts...etc...such questions are also asked to know whether candidate has know how about vehicles etc...it's easy I would say...but there are marks for the test to my knowledge...so be prepared for it if want to be selected.... Bro I too agree that the rule is to call 3 candidates against one seat....but in case that 5 students score 80 marks each, for instance, then rule is to call all the 5 students....so is why that for 89 seats of Punjab, the candidates called for interview are round about 400...it's an estimate, but a calculated one....so bros prepare well for next phases to secure your seat...
