I contacted HR department of TEVTA yesterday... The person on call said, "The merit lists are being generated by NTS... All the people getting 50 and above marks 'll be included in the merit lists... However, five persons will be called against one seat... It'll take further 10 to 15 days for the completion of this process... As soon as merit lists are prepared, they 'll be uploaded on NTS as well as TEVTA site..."

How they can calculate merit without knowing the percentage marks of graduation (B.Sc Engineering). I mean, we have mentioned CGPA in forms not percentage marks and the Grading criteria of all the universities are not the same. Some universities will bless you with 4/4 if u get 80 marks in paper and some will give you 3.3/4 GPA.
For example: A candidate having UET degree with 3.3/4 CGPA will have almost 80% marks. But a candidate from GCUF degree with 3.3/4 CGPA will have nearly 70% marks.
NOTE: TEVTA has mentioned in their recruitment policy that candidates have to submit CGPA to percentage equivalent certificate.

My merit will be as follows:
Matric: 762/850 10% = 8.96
Fsc : 889/1100 15%= 12.12
Graduation: 3.25/4 40%= 31.2 ( This is According to CGPA to percentage certificate issued by UET. According to UET 3.25/4 CGPA is equal to 78%.

NTS test: 81/100 20%= 16.2
Total pre-interview aggregate score = 68.48
Looks like i am out of race.
