I called yesterday and was told that interview calls will be made in the last week of this month or in the first week of next month...

HR official told that they would call 5 candidates against 1 seat... The method to be followed is that everyone who has obtained 50 or more marks in NTS test will be included in the merit list... The toppers in the merit list will be called for interview... For example, if there are 6 seats of specific cadre, top 30 people in the merit list will be called for interview, not top 30 in NTS test...

How they can calculate merit without knowing the percentage marks of graduation (B.Sc Engineering). I mean, we have mentioned CGPA in forms not percentage marks and the Grading criteria of all the universities are not the same. Some universities will bless you with 4/4 if u get 80 marks in paper and some will give you 3.3/4 GPA.
For example: A candidate having UET degree with 3.3/4 CGPA will have almost 80% marks. But a candidate from GCUF degree with 3.3/4 CGPA will have nearly 70% marks.
NOTE: TEVTA has mentioned in their recruitment policy that candidates have to submit CGPA to percentage equivalent certificate.

strongly agreed with you.they clearly mention in their recruitment policy that merit will be determine on the basis of percentage.I think they run a black magic stick to know our percentage..my 3.25 cgpa but percentage is just 74..grading criteria is different this will helpful for some guys.
