Assalam-0-Alaikum, congrates and lucky to get interview call for third time. i need your guidance regarding my Ist interview on 10-11-15 (Tuesday). What they will ask?

Final interveiw MTO-HR

guys i had my final interview yesterday at RM office Islamabad
there were three people in the final interview panel
1-MD pso imran ul haq himself
2-Chief financial officer pso
3-HR director herself
they ask you to take them through your CV first
MD pso aks question generally from your CV so please make sure that you know what you have written in your CV, he asked me why you specifically want to go to HR, why not marketing, procurement, supplychain?he asked me an another general question like what is adventure? are you an adventurous person or not? if yes than what adventurous thing you have done in your life.?

cheif financial asks questions related to your interests, your prior jobs or internships you have done

HR-director asked technical questions related to HR like What is TNA process, model and when we run TNA process since my major was HR thats why.?what different would you do in the training and development(T&D) if we hire you? she asked about my openness to be relocated an where?

the duration of the interview was 20-25 mints.
i did couple of blunders i hope you guys wont

first interview would be a normal one don't worry, just be confident in what ever you say, first interview would be half technical and half behavioral. i am sure you know your technical side and behavioral is to check your personality traits, whether you can fit into the organizational culture or not? it includes your approach towards dealing people, problems and your acumen. confidence is the key i would say

blunder of not having gone through my CV. yours is going to be very soon i guess so be prepared if you are a finance cadre than be prepared for the technical side becoz CFO himself is there.

All those who have submitted their cv will be called for interview. For civil engineering.
